Nexify Fusion Return and Refund Policy.


Return Eligibility:

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps.

  2. Receive Instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy:

We want to assure you that all products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before they are delivered to you. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your items in perfect condition. Nexify Fusion, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Please be aware that once an item is delivered, we cannot offer refunds for any damage that may occur afterward. Returns are only accepted if there is transit damage or other defects upon arrival. 

Initiating a Refund: As Per Above Policy you need Refund Query, Please contact our customer support team within 24 Hours of receiving your order to request a refund.

Processing Time: Once your Refund Request is approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7  Business Days.
